As at December 31, 2023 Pak Brunei Investment Company Limited (a joint venture between the Government of Pakistan and the Brunei Investment Agency), together with its nominee directors hold 100% of the issued, subscribed and paid-up capital (100,000,000 ordinary shares of Rs. 10 each) of Primus Leasing Limited.
